Overview

The Manager – People & Culture will support and execute key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management and organizational development initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRIS databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Supported payroll operations by maintaining accurate attendance, leave, and employee records to ensure smooth and timely salary processing.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-building programs.
  • Support performance management processes including probation assessments, employee confirmations, promotions, and internal role transitions.
  • Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on workplace policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
  • Assist in office administration, employee welfare activities, and workplace operations when required.
  • Collaborate with different departments to support organizational goals and people strategies.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGD in HRM will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • 6-7 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or related functions.
  • Experience in IT/software industry will be preferred.
