Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to align with client goals and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and leverage advanced tools to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely, effective, and customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends, tools, and technologies to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-5 proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably with international clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in research methods, tools, and data analysis.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM software, project management tools, and reporting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
