Overview

We are hiring a Technical Headhunter for our Talent and Culture Department. In this role, you will focus exclusively on identifying and securing top-tier technical talent. If you know how to code, understand the latest ongoing technologies in the industry, and know the value of tech stacks, then you are the right fit to evaluate complex technical skill sets with confidence.

Your technical background will allow you to communicate fluently with potential engineering candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate advanced LinkedIn search and talent-mapping expertise.
  • Review GitHub profiles, code repositories, and technical portfolios to validate skill depth.
  • Conduct first-level technical screenings based on coding fundamentals, modern frameworks, architecture principles, and system design.
  • Monitor technical hiring trends and share insights into stack evolution, talent availability, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Build and maintain a deep pipeline of high-quality technical candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, engineering communities, and Boolean search for targeted sourcing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of development experience, or 2–3 years of Technical Recruitment combined with 2–3 years of development experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with engineers, leads, architects, and technical leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing candidate fit based on both technical and cultural alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice‑to‑have:

  • Experience conducting candidate background checks, reference checks, and validation processes.
  • Knowledge of tech talent market behavior, career patterns, and compensation trends.
  • Hands-on experience with technical assessments.
